Participants can use the Participant Portal to check Welfare Fund eligibility, enroll for coverage, make self-pay premium payments, update your contact information, and view your detailed work history to check your employer reported earnings and contributions. Just click on the “Login” link at the top right of this page to get started.
If you can’t remember your password, please use the “Reset Password” button. If you can’t remember your “Username”, please call the Fund Office for assistance. If you haven’t registered previously, please note that you will need to register using the email address on record with the Fund Office. If you don’t have your email address on record with us, please call the Fund Office.
